Workday Applicant Framework

Workday runs hiring for over 60,000 companies in Canada, but the applicant side of it is a mess — separate accounts for every employer, forms that ignore your resume, and no idea where your application actually stands. This project dug into where that friction comes from and what could realistically be fixed, going from surveys and interviews all the way to a working prototype built inside Workday's own design system.
